New release for Amazon and Cdiscount Magento extensions

Our team just released new version for both Cdiscount and Amazon Magento extensions :

Amazon 2.1.1

• Adjust timeshift on second (fix 5 % requests in error because of datetime)
• Limit product title up to 80 characters (product creation)
• Fix bug undefined index ‘delivery-instruction’ when import manually order report file
• Add configuration parameter in order to chose get images from child or parent product

Cdiscount 2.1.1

• Fix bug installation query if using table prefix
• Add configuration parameter in order to match cdiscount export files columns to expected fields
• Add all shipping amounts types
• Fix bug save on top bar in configuration screen loaded with Ajax
• Fix bug truncated billing / shipping address
• Remove / from telephone number, use only one in shipping address (expeditor inet compatibility)
