Performance improvements

From Magento 1.4, index issues are common for website with hight traffic and large catalog. Varien made major improvements releasing Magento 1.8, and so we did ! ERP 2.9.3 includes important index optimization and also code simplification to ensure a fast and reliable behaviour.

Prevent not paid orders to reserve the stock

You claim this feature to our support, we release it : previously, when a customer placed a not order skipping the payment, ERP reserved stock for this pending order until you cancel it. Now, you can configure this behaviour to avoid product reservation for orders that doesnt fullfill specific conditions (payment, customer group, statuses ...)

Permissions

We have added more than 100+ privileges in ERP (available in permission role definition): then, you can fine tune user profiles to give them access only to the features they need.

Healthy ERP

To bring a fast response (and solution) to common issues, Healthy ERP monitors several ERP components to identify potential issues and provide a fix for them. Stock discrepencies, wrong settings and installation issues are one of the probes that monitor your ERP installation.

Martijn, from Holland Winkel wrote a very interesting article about the requirements for a Magento website owner and the solutions to manage inventory, purchasing and order fullfilment.

Ensuite, dès que vous scannez une commande, le système affiche automatiquement les produits attendus ; scannez les différents produits et vous pouvez confirmer la livraison
• Vous pouvez automatiser la synchronisation du fabricant et du fournisseur : ainsi, l'ERP va créer et associer les fournisseurs en se basant sur le fabricant
• Déclarez les livraisons fournisseur en scannant les codes barre des produits, avec confirmation visuelle et possibilité d'associer un produit à un code barre inconnu
• Les besoins d'approvisionnement n'utilisent plus de système de tâche de fond
• La disponibilité des stocks est mise à jour immédiatement après le passage de la commande, il n'est plus nécessaire d'attendre le prochain passage du cron

• Gestion des priorités au niveau des tâches de fond pour executer plus rapidement les taches importantes
• Plus de surcharge en local
• Affichage des stocks et quantités disponibles dans les principaux écrans de Magento
• Les transferts de stock peuvent désormais être imprimés en PDF
• La génération des étiquettes code barre ne sont plus limités au seul format EAN13
• Pour la gestion code barre, vous pouvez utiliser un attribut Magento au lieu de la gestion multi code barre de l'erp
